This bracelet is called a bell bracelet for the shape, 1 7/8" at the widest point, tapering to 1 1/4" and then flaring again to 1 3/4". Beautifully inlaid with abilone, turquoise, coral, and mother of pearl. Hummingbird on one side of the spinner and a red cardinal on the other dance among the vines of flowers. A gorgeous piece. Zuni Pueblo artist Quinton Quam created this very unusual and wonderful reversible link bracelet. Eight individual discs are inlaid on both sides, for a total of 14 birds, one butterfly and a flamingo encircling the wrist. Each disc measures approximately 3/4" in diameter. The link bracelet is 3/4" wide by 9 1/2" in length (including the finishing of lobster clasp and 3 rings for adjustable length). The links are: Eagle and Hummingbird, Flamingo and flying Bluejay, Raven and Snowy Owl, Oriole and Butterfly, Hummingbird and Bluebird, Gambel Quail and Red-headed Woodpecker, Cardinal and Bluejay, and Redbird with Roadrunner. The material Quinton used is all natural turquoise, red coral, mother-of-pearl, jet, lapid, spiny oyster, abalone, and Pacific coral.
